I’m Trikala Chenna, and I’ve been fortunate to work with businesses and candidates across a wide range of industries—but especially in three where good people are always in demand: IT, healthcare, and hospitality.

I set up Job Flash because I noticed a gap in the recruitment space—especially for individuals and companies who wanted personalised support, fast responses, and clear, open communication. Too often, recruitment can feel transactional. My mission is to make it human again.
